Price was reasonable and the print quality was good. Really fast production and delivery too. But there is one white line somehow at the edge on every card I had made. That was rather disappointing. Other than that, all good.

I've ordered a test batch of Giclée Fine Art Prints of my artwork and unfortunately there was a slight change in colour and contrast on one of the versions - I contacted printed.com support (I advise you request to speak with a real person - not an AI assistant, that was no help at all). When customer support got back to me they've been so understanding and helpful, actually looking into what might've caused this and offered a free of charge reprint. Special thanks to Rachel for her assistance and expertise!

Exceptional Service and Quality

This is one of the rare print providers that offers strut cards on 2mm card instead of the usual flimsy 350-400gsm options. The print quality was excellent, and the turnaround time was impressive, arriving a day earlier than anticipated. I even received a follow-up call from a representative to gather feedback a few days after placing my order, which was my first experience with them. This has been one of the finest customer experiences I've had with a print service in a long time.

Utterly disappointing experience from beginning to end.

Utterly disappointing experience from beginning to end. The service was unacceptable, and the support team was even worse. I ordered a banner for my business that was meant to arrive on December 5th, but it didn’t show up until after hours and was then taken away—only to be redelivered a week later! We urgently needed it for an event that week, but when it finally arrived, it was completely the wrong item. To add to the frustration, customer service showed no concern—no compensation, nothing. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking, and I will never use this service again.

Incredible support for a last-minute request

I ordered items for a last-minute retirement event but mistakenly uploaded the wrong size. Once I corrected it, the delivery was delayed beyond my deadline. They had already started printing, and it seemed like there was no way to fix it. However, the customer service team responded quickly and did everything they could to help. Despite the challenges, they expedited the delivery, allowing me to still use the items! I’m very thankful for their prompt response and the effort they made to assist me, even though it was my mistake. Thank you!

Customer service saved my last-minute order!

I placed an order for a last-minute retirement event but mistakenly uploaded the wrong size. By the time I fixed it, the delivery was delayed past my deadline. The printing had already begun, and it seemed too late. However, the customer service team was incredibly responsive and did everything possible to assist. Although I couldn't change the order, they expedited the delivery so I could still use the items! I’m truly grateful for their quick response and dedication to helping me, even though it was my mistake. Thank you!!
