I've ordered a test batch of Giclée Fine Art Prints of my artwork and unfortunately there was a slight change in colour and contrast on one of the versions - I contacted printed.com support (I advise you request to speak with a real person - not an AI assistant, that was no help at all). When customer support got back to me they've been so understanding and helpful, actually looking into what might've caused this and offered a free of charge reprint.
