They were tasked with producing six presentation boards and failed miserably. The first attempt was rejected due to missing printing on both sides, and the second attempt was so poorly executed that we had to seek another supplier. Despite requesting a refund, the representative refused to comply with trading laws. We're now pursuing legal action and have reported them to the appropriate authorities.
