I ordered a sweatshirt with a custom print on. I used their WhatsApp to communicate and then they quickly emailed me through the proof and payment link.
I was really impressed by the service and the product was as requested and delivered on the day they said - within 2 days of my payment.
Would use again.

Once you have used this company they will spam you for the rest of your life.
Whoever David Miller is - "Senior Account Manager" - all he is good for is running his company into the ground by absolutely hounding past customers.
I've even taking to reply with abuse and he STILL won't get the message.

The product is awful, the people worse - avoid like the plague.
Shoddy, shoddy, shoddy. You know what they say, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys! I've had vinyl banners from them before, and they are super cheap and do the job for a bit, this time I thought I'd go for ones with reinforced edges, big mistake, they look awful and all puckered, and the finish is terrible. Yes, cheap, but I'll be binning them! I accepted they were cheap, and it was my own fault.
However, I'd also ordered 2 A2 posters, which I paid about £15 for, so not cheap, and they were literally thrown in a 3 ft box, not rolled nicely, so they got all screwed up, and even with photos, they said they were fine, just minor creases, that I could iron out. Lesson learned - never use them again!
Beware, it is worth paying more and getting something worth paying good money for!
I’m relieved I didn’t check the reviews prior to ordering! We had an urgent last-minute banner project between the holiday season. I placed the order just after 1 PM, and it was delivered the next day. I’ve only seen pictures of the banners displayed, but they appear to be great, and all the QR codes function properly. I can’t speak to their durability yet since they’ve just been installed, but they fulfilled our requirements perfectly. The price was quite reasonable.
This has been the most frustrating company to deal with. If you care about your money and reputation, avoid this service at all costs. They were tasked with producing six presentation boards and failed miserably. The first attempt was rejected due to missing printing on both sides, and the second attempt was so poorly executed that we had to seek another supplier. Despite requesting a refund, the representative refused to comply with trading laws. We're now pursuing legal action and have reported them to the appropriate authorities.
I ordered five banners—three mesh and two vinyl. While the mesh ones were acceptable, the vinyl banners were not as ordered; they arrived without hemming or eyelets. When I raised a complaint, I was absurdly advised to source eyelets myself and provided a video link for installation. The banners were not fit for purpose, and my request for replacements was met with unreasonable conditions. After much back and forth, they promised new banners before the event, but they still arrived incorrect. I am now pursuing a chargeback with my bank due to their lack of resolution.
The team was quick and responsive, making it easy to collaborate. I ordered correx boards, flyers, and stickers. The boards and flyers met my expectations, but the stickers fell short. They arrived on a large flat sheet rather than a convenient roll, making storage difficult and removal messy. Although the adhesive works well, the print quality is blurry upon close inspection. I had requested a quality check, but the final product did not reflect that. Due to the sticker issues, I had to lower my rating despite the good service and other products.
This company delivers subpar quality with poor finishing. While they may promise quick service, the results are often unsatisfactory. When I attempted to resolve issues with my order, customer service deflected responsibility and offered a discount on my next order, which was not a satisfactory solution. After multiple attempts to receive quality work, I was left with unusable products. Recent communication only resulted in more excuses. I regret giving them another chance after their sales team assured me improvements.
