When I attempted to resolve issues with my order, customer service deflected responsibility and offered a discount on my next order, which was not a satisfactory solution. After multiple attempts to receive quality work, I was left with unusable products. Recent communication only resulted in more excuses. I regret giving them another chance after their sales team assured me improvements.
