I ordered a pair of Thom Browne shorts in the Sale. Paid for it. Next day received an email saying "My order cannot be dispatched and the order has been cancelled. I contacted them again, asking for more details. Didn't here anything back. Pure customer disrespect and bad attitude.I frequently shop at 24s with much better customer experience.I went on their site today. The shorts have doubled in price to over £600.By law I purchased in good faith and the transaction was completed. Therefore, they should honour my purchase.Still have not heard from them. Trying to contact them by phone is mission Impossible.So, so disappointed and upset! Is this really how to conduct business? They are bringing shame on the Qatar Holding empire, with this disrespectful customer Service - Shame on them!I have email evidence, if you want me to attach it, kindly contact me.
