Bad customer service. I am still waiting for a refund for an order that I did a few weeks ago with amount over 400€! Order number 1986719. Please issue my refund as soon as possible. On the website it says that they already received the return, but still no refund to my bank account. With all the other bad reviews here it makes sense now. Even customer service takes forever to respond by e-mail. I tried to call them many times but no response either. Never again.Edit: Right after I sent this message here I got a response and now everything is fine. I adjusted my review to 3 stars. Thanks
