Printerbase were very helpful pre-purchase answering all my queries.The printer I ordered (CANON PIXMA TR7650 - Printer/Scanner/Copier) was ordered late afternoon on a Saturday, and arrived the following Thursday. A couple of days later than the ETA (Tuesday) but no real issue, and the courier was well organised and courteous.I set up the printer from the CANON manuals and a very useful YouTube video. However, the scanner was not sending images to my PC, and Printerbase said a chat with CANON was best. I rang CANON and registered the new unit, and their very helpful Tech. Support Agent said I had set up everything correctly, but this unit needed another driver for the scanner (I had just downloaded the print driver which is why everything else was working). All in all a good experience; I am happy to recommend Printrbase.
