I’ve honestly had great experiences every time I’ve ordered from Printerbase. This time I started a chat on the website and Charlie from customer service offered to give me a call, which just made everything so much easier. Really appreciated him going the extra mile like that. Brilliant service as always — definitely recommend.
Had no problems from start to finish of my order. The order came on time with no issues. The only problem I have is my old canon printer is taking its time to use up the ink cartridges I have left before setting up my new one.Would definitely recommend Printerbase.
Good price for a replacement Epson photo printer and a call after ordering to check that I knew about what I was getting and that it would need extra print cartridges shortly after setting up. I was aware and had already catered for (using 3rd party inks for many years). Delivery was within a few days with no problems encountered.
I ordered a new printer/scanner/copier. Caroline Fletcher was extremely helpful in sourcing the right machine for my needs and followed up with regular contact to confirm delivery and to make sure I claimed a rebate which was on offer with the machine I bought and register the extended warranty. Above and beyond, keep up the good work.
I had a problem with my Canon Printer after 9 months and after some helpful advice from a guy called Stephen in Printerbase, it was decided to replace my printer for a new one! Wonderful service, will definitely recommend buying a printer from them...you know you will get good service
