I had a highly unsatisfactory experience. After sending 56 emails, I finally managed to resolve my issue. While the company has positive reviews, my situation was quite the opposite. I ordered a printer, but there was a problem upon arrival. Since I was buying from a distance, I was entitled to return it for any reason. However, I felt suspiciously questioned due to the numerous inquiries, even though it was only days after I received my order. I dealt with countless emails trying to arrange a straightforward return. I had to stay home four times for the pickup, and waiting four days without the item being collected was incredibly frustrating. I understand they might blame the courier, but they are responsible for that service, so it reflects poorly on the company. Having to send 56 emails to resolve this is simply unacceptable. Their customer service was lacking. I mentioned I wanted to purchase a printer before Christmas, but they made no effort to expedite the process after the first failed pickup. It should have been collected the next day without issues. I received no compensation or meaningful apology. I ultimately bought a printer from another seller, which is unfortunate, as I would have preferred to buy from this company but no longer trust their customer service. This was a disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend them to anyone.
