Outstanding service from the provider. The printer arrived the next day, and I truly appreciated the speed and efficiency of the service. I’m very satisfied with the printer so far; it’s a great upgrade from my previous model and offered at a competitive price.
I had a very frustrating experience. After sending 56 emails, I finally managed to resolve my issue. While the company has great reviews, my situation was quite different. I ordered a printer, but when it arrived, there was a problem. Since I was purchasing from a distance, I had the right to return it for any reason. However, I felt like I was being treated suspiciously due to the numerous questions asked, even though it was just days after I received my order. I went through endless emails trying to arrange a simple return. I had to stay home four times for the pickup, and it was incredibly frustrating to wait four days without the item being collected. I understand they might blame the courier, but they are responsible for that service, so it reflects poorly on the company. Having to send 56 emails to resolve this is simply unacceptable. Their customer service was lacking. I mentioned wanting to buy a printer before Christmas, but they made no effort to expedite the process after the first failed pickup. It should have been collected the next day without issues. I received no compensation or meaningful apology. I ended up purchasing a printer from another seller, which is unfortunate, as I would have preferred to buy from this company but no longer trust their customer service. This was a disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend them to anyone.
