I tried several time to contact them but received no response. The phone number they give is not in service. They promise 100% money back guarantee, I'm still hoping!

The customer service was very good resolving an issue that I had with a Groupon voucher. However the finished product (100 page photo book) was not up to Printerpix normally standards - whilst the actual photos were printed well, the positioning was not as per the previewed book - some had slipped off the page, others were not ‘square’ and all in all the finished product was below par.

I came across this website and thought it would be a great present to buy my partner a present for Valentine’s Day. Valentine’s Day was on the Friday and I ordered my pillow on the Tuesday. On Printerpix UK website, it said if you were to order within a couple of hours, you’d receive your order before valentines, so I thought great! I also saw an option to choose priority of having the pillow made before the other orders so I clicked that, which did have an additional cost. I the also picked rush delivery just to ensure I had it before Valentine’s Day or even the day before it said it was going to be delivered, which was stated by Printerpix to be delivered on the Thursday 12th. However that never happened. My partner and I arranged to go away on the Saturday and Sunday, to which I was driving to my partners after work on Friday night (I finish work around 10pm) so I needed to parcel before 11am on Friday morning latest as I started work at 12pm. No parcel arrived. I had contacted Printerpix on instagram to which my first message actually got ignored (I was left of read) so I messaged them again to which they responded ‘ Your order is currently in transit with Evri. Tracking details are H03V1A0030104588’ which wasn’t the answer I was looking for. I messaged them to say I wasn’t happy that I spent all this extra money on having the parcel made and delivered before Valentine’s Day. I never got any response or compensation for that extra money I gave this company. My valentines parcel was delivered on Saturday afternoon, by which this time I was already 4 hours away from home.
In conclusion, DO NOT charge people extra money and make promises for something that your customers won’t receive!! If it was the courier service at fault I’d understand, however IT WASNT!!! The most unprofessional company I have ever bought from, to also be ignored twice and I’m currently being ignored now. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

To contact this company and speak to someone is frankly impossible. There website shows a woman with headphones and microphone on their contact page but this is clearly blatant misinformation as they expect everything to be done by ticket, AI chat and e-mail . I spent many many months doing 3 x 100 photobooks and was told it was all blank despite it showing ok on their site. Was I able to speak to someone to discuss this issue? No. Only constant emails. I struggle with typing. Their customer service is appalling. If you want a company who truly cares about their customers and customer service then don’t bother with this one. I’m frankly disgusted.

I ordered this item thinking it was those cups that reveal the image when the mug is warmed up enough- magic mug. I was surprised when it was not. However, the images I selected were very clear and I am still happy with the mug that arrived.

Avoid at all costs. Will take your money then not send the photo book. Say they can’t then offer You a refund. They call you on what’s app once you complained enough. Then ask you to download a money transfer app. Then try get you to join it. Then tell them you one time code. Do not do this. They then can take more money from you.

Do NOT use this company. Late delivery and my full order of 10 calendars were a disaster. Spent ages re centring photos for them all to come un centre. Could not even see the images on some of the pages. Sent a number of emails promised a refund nothing for months.
