Ordered a jigsaw with box. First one did not arrive in time for a special event. Can’t really blame them, but it is the courier they choose to partner with (Evri are terrible). Then the replacement arrived in a flat pack, not with a box. I have now been ignored 3 times in trying to get a resolution. It is a shame as this was my third order with them and I am unlikely to use them again based on this latest experience.
