I strongly advise against using this service. I ordered two gifts for Christmas on December 17, with a promise of delivery by Christmas. However, I only received one item on December 27 and am still waiting for the other. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to the company through email and support tickets, I have received no response. It's incredibly frustrating, as the jigsaw photo puzzle I did receive was poorly packaged—folded in half and not in the puzzle box as advertised, just placed in a flimsy cardboard transit box. I'm very disappointed and believe this company is taking advantage of customers. I usually don’t write reviews, but I urge others to heed my warning. People work hard for their money, and this service is taking advantage of them.
