Perfectly printed Throw. Uploaded photos of our son's cat and they all came out Puurrrrrfect! Great quality material. Delivery could not have been quicker, only took a few days.
So pleased with our purchase and will definetly use Printerix again.
I received my blanket super fast, and was very impressed with both the print quality as well as the quality of the blanket material itself. I considered multiple vendors for this order, because it was for a Valentine's gift so I could not risk it being subpar. Printerpix had the option to upgrade the print type for more vivid colors, and their blankets got good reviews. The recipient was extremely delighted, and I would definitely order from them again!
Before Christmas I received 1 of 5 items ordered in a package, I complained and with christmas not too far away I requested a refund. They agreed to pay the refund but it never came. I complained again and they agreed to pay but it never came. The worst bit is that after they agreed the refund, I received a note from royal mail requesting payment for a package that they had with insufficient postage... not knowing what it was, I paid for it and the other 4 items where within but all damaged.

The service automatically adds upgrades for hanging options and color, leaving me puzzled about the additional $8 charge. I initially thought my coupon wasn't applied correctly. After paying $14.99 for shipping, the extra $8, plus the coupon cost of $4.50, my total came to around $28 for an 11 x 14 print. The website was somewhat tricky to navigate for removing these added features. I reached out multiple times via email regarding my order but only received automated responses, lacking any personal customer support. I would recommend researching other printing options.
I ordered a calendar for my mom for Christmas, but it never arrived. After waiting for two months, I lost hope and spent over $30 again to order another one. Unfortunately, that one has also not shown up. I've now spent nearly $70 on two calendars that I never received. I am extremely disappointed. Both my brothers have passed away, and I wanted to give my mom a calendar featuring pictures of all her children. It would have meant everything to her. 😢
I ordered a picture cup, but it arrived broken and unpackaged. I submitted multiple complaint tickets, which was a frustrating process, facing obstacles at every turn. I placed my order on December 3, 2025, and I'm still waiting for a response. They're quick to take your money but don't address issues. I strongly advise staying away.
I ordered 3 calendars and paid extra for tracked shipping with a guaranteed delivery date. However, I haven't received anything. I've emailed daily throughout the week and have been completely ignored. The courier does not have my package, and I don't have it either. I requested a remake and resend, but that was also ignored. I inquired about the complaints procedure, but received no response. I even filed an official complaint, which has also gone unanswered!
Extremely disappointing customer support! My initial order was incorrectly printed. When I tried to address the issue, the support team took forever to agree to reprint and resend it. The second delivery was even worse than the first, with the wrong format, poor quality, and no picture hooks. The refund process is a nightmare. It has been a very tedious experience, with minimal responses from the support team, and two weeks later, I still haven't received my refund. This is undoubtedly the worst customer service I have ever encountered. NEVER AGAIN!
I strongly advise against using this service. I ordered two gifts for Christmas on December 17, with a promise of delivery by Christmas. However, I only received one item on December 27 and am still waiting for the other. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to the company through email and support tickets, I have received no response. It's incredibly frustrating, as the jigsaw photo puzzle I did receive was poorly packaged—folded in half and not in the puzzle box as advertised, just placed in a flimsy cardboard transit box. I'm very disappointed and believe this company is taking advantage of customers. I usually don’t write reviews, but I urge others to heed my warning. People work hard for their money, and this service is taking advantage of them.
I’ve purchased more than five different blankets from this company, and each time they arrive within 3-4 business days, exactly as I requested! My grandmother, mother, sister, and nieces have all loved their blankets, making them wonderful gifts that carry special memories.
