Extremely disappointing customer support! My initial order was incorrectly printed. When I tried to address the issue, the support team took forever to agree to reprint and resend it. The second delivery was even worse than the first, with the wrong format, poor quality, and no picture hooks. The refund process is a nightmare. It has been a very tedious experience, with minimal responses from the support team, and two weeks later, I still haven't received my refund. This is undoubtedly the worst customer service I have ever encountered. NEVER AGAIN!
