I ordered 3 calendars and paid extra for tracked shipping with a guaranteed delivery date. However, I haven't received anything. I've emailed daily throughout the week and have been completely ignored. The courier does not have my package, and I don't have it either. I requested a remake and resend, but that was also ignored. I inquired about the complaints procedure, but received no response. I even filed an official complaint, which has also gone unanswered!
