Lack of Communication from Customer Service

I ordered a calendar as a Christmas gift a couple of weeks ago from a specific website. After realizing that my old address was used instead of my new one, I emailed the company immediately, but only received an automated response. Eight days later, the calendar was sent to my old address. Despite several follow-ups, I haven’t received assistance. The couriers only accept address changes from the seller, and now I’m left without the product. This situation is very frustrating, and I just want a refund.

Extremely Disappointed with the Order

I am very disappointed with this purchase. I ordered a personalized blanket and opted for the highest quality, but what I received is subpar. The blanket appears cheap, the fabric feels low-quality, and the printing has visible defects. It does not resemble the product shown online. For a personalized item at this price, it’s unacceptable and feels like a waste of money. I cannot recommend ordering from this company.
