I ordered a calendar as a Christmas gift a couple of weeks ago from a specific website. After realizing that my old address was used instead of my new one, I emailed the company immediately, but only received an automated response. Eight days later, the calendar was sent to my old address. Despite several follow-ups, I haven’t received assistance. The couriers only accept address changes from the seller, and now I’m left without the product. This situation is very frustrating, and I just want a refund.
