I had difficulty reaching someone for assistance over the phone. Fortunately, the next day, the payment option I needed became available. The delivery arrived a day later than the longest estimated time, which caused some anxiety, but ultimately it arrived just in time.

Looks fantastic

Layout program needs improvement

I used the free layout option, but it was unclear how to position the photos without them getting cut off, often resulting in white borders. I also ended up with two copies of the same book, but with different pages.

Order not received, lack of support

I placed my order on August 12th and have yet to receive it. I'm quite anxious since it was intended as a wedding gift. With the wedding approaching, I'm losing hope of receiving it in time. Attempts to contact customer service were frustrating; there was no phone support, just an email option. The automated response directed me to create an issue ticket, but the website function for that wasn't working. The AI support was unhelpful. I advise caution with this website; it appears professional until an issue arises, at which point contacting them becomes nearly impossible.
