I ordered a calendar with fast delivery, and they claimed it had been dispatched. Yet, two days later, the delivery service stated they hadn’t received it. After numerous attempts to reach customer service, I was finally told they would reprint it and send another email about the posting. Guess what? The same issue occurred again. I emailed the company's CEO but received no reply, likely because he knows it’s a scam. I’m considering contacting my bank to stop payment, as that seems the only way to find resolution.
