I emailed the company's CEO but received no reply, likely because he knows it’s a scam. I’m considering contacting my bank to stop payment, as that seems the only way to find resolution.
Update: I am at my wit's end! After a long struggle with a previous voucher, I thought ordering two calendars would be straightforward. Instead, they sent one voucher code for both, allowing me to use it for only one calendar! I’ve tried every way to contact customer support, sending screenshots of offers and my basket, yet received NO response! I had to resort to leaving a review on a public platform to get their attention. It’s astonishing—they send multiple emails about saving projects but can’t reach out to address the issue preventing me from completing my order!
Warning! This site is fraudulent! I received a product that didn’t match the description, and they cropped the photos incorrectly. When I requested a refund or exchange, they flatly refused. There’s no way to contact them by email or phone; you must open a ticket and send a message. They only respond with a standard message, and replies are not possible. I lost €137 with them...
I am extremely disappointed. I used this company before with no issues, but this time I ordered a gift on December 18, and it’s now January 4, with no delivery in sight. No one knows the package's whereabouts, and there’s no chance to reach a live representative. I will never order from this company again.
This company is terrible! I received a photobook with cropped heads, bodies, and text on all pages, and they haven’t replied to my inquiries! However, two of the three books arrived with slight damage to the hardback cover. One had a dented corner from damaged packaging, while the other had a dent and marks on the back, likely from the factory. The third was perfect. They came in separate packages since they were individual orders. I wanted them all to be perfect as gifts. I called customer service, and a helpful representative advised me to email with photos. I did, but received no response. It’s disappointing, as there are as many positive reviews as negative, and they could address these issues.
