Update: I am at my wit's end! After a long struggle with a previous voucher, I thought ordering two calendars would be straightforward. Instead, they sent one voucher code for both, allowing me to use it for only one calendar! I’ve tried every way to contact customer support, sending screenshots of offers and my basket, yet received NO response! I had to resort to leaving a review on a public platform to get their attention. It’s astonishing—they send multiple emails about saving projects but can’t reach out to address the issue preventing me from completing my order!
