Customer Service Needs Improvement

I ordered three photobooks, and the insides were really nice. The photo quality was good, as I opted for standard without enhancements. However, two of the three books arrived with slight damage to the hardback cover. One had a dented corner from damaged packaging, while the other had a dent and marks on the back, likely from the factory. The third was perfect. They came in separate packages since they were individual orders. I wanted them all to be perfect as gifts. I called customer service, and a helpful representative advised me to email with photos. I did, but received no response. It’s disappointing, as there are as many positive reviews as negative, and they could address these issues.
