I chose a fast delivery option, and four days later, I’m still waiting for my parcel. They use a delivery partner known for poor service in the UK. I tried to contact them, but their website directs me back to the retailer, and the retailer redirects me to the delivery company. It’s utterly frustrating! My special Christmas present won’t arrive on time; what a waste!
