I ordered special gifts for my daughter's 21st birthday, and it ruined the whole celebration. Being disabled and housebound, I struggled to create my items and was charged fourteen pounds for postage, only to receive poor-quality items. I left a review, and they told me to email them but have done nothing. This company is absolutely appalling; please do not use them!
