I've attempted to reach out several times, but only received AI-generated responses, and when I submitted a ticket, there was no reply. The website claims to be based in America, but the business address is in Vietnam, and all contact information is invalid. 😡 I strongly advise against using this service and recommend reporting them as scammers!
