I ordered some pictures for my son's birthday and according to the web site it looked like they would be delivered in time, however the delivery due date came and went. Mysteriously, on the day that the 20" x 30" parcel was due, I received an empty plastic envelope delivered by courier without any indication of the sender. When I raised a ticket with Printerval customer service, I was initially told that the parcel was still on its way (even though the web site showed it as having been delivered on the due date - 28/12/25). I raised a fresh ticket with Printerval who then stated that the pictures were delivered on 28/12 and they provided a link to the ‘last mile’ proof of delivery. I looked at the 'proof of delivery' picture and it appeared to show the empty envelope being delivered to a standard UK post box. I pointed this out to Customer Services who repeatedly insisted that the items had been correctly delivered.

After I raised a dispute with my credit card company (who refunded me in full within 10 days), Printerval suddenly decided to try and engage. I'm no longer dealing with a company with such poor customer service.

My advice is that if you must use this company, make sure you use a credit card so it’s easier to dispute.

NB I've only used a one star rating as this is the lowest that I'm allowed to use

Ordered a custom jersey for a friend's 50th birthday 3 weeks ago no updates on shipping from their website. They don't let you know if it's FedEx UPS or through the mail. Will never buy from this Chinese company again

The Christmas jumpers online looked great, but I when I finally received them (after Christmas and after 4 weeks for delivery) I was so disappointed. The quality of the jumpers are shoddy, thin with poor printing quality. I paid £76 for 3 tops. There are no labels inside to tell you the fabrics they're made from or washing instructions. There has been no response to my emails so I'm out of pocket of £76.

One star is too generous. This service should be shut down. I paid an additional £10 for a personalized campervan doormat to arrive in time for a Christmas gift. It showed up on December 29th, and the item was completely different from what I ordered. After sending several emails with photographic evidence to prove the mistake, all I receive in response is that the item was delivered, and now they are just ignoring me. They are nothing but a scam and deceitful. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Order issues and poor service experience

I placed an order on 12/18/26, and it took two days for them to confirm receipt. They initially estimated delivery for 1/30/26, which I accepted. Later, it was updated to 1/16/26. However, on 1/13, I received a mop instead of the blanket I ordered. Since then, my requests for assistance have gone unanswered. The customer service has been terrible, and they've been changing their contact number frequently. Additionally, it appears they are not located in the US, contrary to what my billing information suggests.

I am still waiting for the Christmas gifts I ordered on December 9, 2025. They have yet to arrive. I chose fast delivery, but it feels like it will never come. Even a pigeon would deliver faster. I've involved my legal representative to pursue action for false advertising. AVOID this fraudulent service.

Order Delayed Multiple Times with No Response

I placed an order with a promise of delivery before Christmas, but it was rescheduled to December 30th, then pushed to January 9th, and now I received an email stating another 14 working days on the 7th. I've attempted to reach out several times, but only received AI-generated responses, and when I submitted a ticket, there was no reply. The website claims to be based in America, but the business address is in Vietnam, and all contact information is invalid. 😡 I strongly advise against using this service and recommend reporting them as scammers!

Disappointing Sizing for Christmas Jumpers

I ordered three Christmas jumpers in early December—two in adult large and one medium for my 11-year-old daughter. After a long wait, they finally arrived just days before Christmas. Unfortunately, none of them fit! The large size fit my daughter, and the medium fit my 5-year-old son. The kids were pleased, but sadly, there were no jumpers for me and my partner this year.

Extremely Disappointed with Delivery

Extremely disappointed! I placed my order on 13/12/25, expecting it to arrive by 24/12/25. It's now 5th January, and it still hasn't arrived. I had hoped to use it as a gift, but now it seems unlikely I'll have it in time for my son's 18th birthday.
