I placed an order on 12/18/26, and it took two days for them to confirm receipt. They initially estimated delivery for 1/30/26, which I accepted. Later, it was updated to 1/16/26. However, on 1/13, I received a mop instead of the blanket I ordered. Since then, my requests for assistance have gone unanswered. The customer service has been terrible, and they've been changing their contact number frequently. Additionally, it appears they are not located in the US, contrary to what my billing information suggests.
