Ok a bit of a story here.. I'm in the UK (that is important). I ordered a very nice Hawaiian Shirt in a 3XL with a dice pattern on it. Given that i'm on the other side of the pond this order arrived fairly quickly and is good quality... Here is where the problems start.. While I ordered a 3XL, having never ordered American before other than using sites like Amazon, I wasn't aware that a 3XL in the USA is much much bigger than a 3XL in the UK... Given the event I wanted this for it wasn't possible for me to order another... So All I wanted was to send it back and get a refund... Simple right? No.. Printerval emailed me asking... am I just letting them know as feedback? So I responded to the email.. I then got an emails saying responding to the email created a duplicate support case... and to use the link to manage my issue... annoyance here was there was no link in the original email I received from them... And I haven't been gifted the ability to read minds yet.. But then in their infinite wisdom.. they not only closed original support ticket but the duplicate one as well (That did have a link on it).. And you cannot respond to a closed case.... So once again I emailed them simply asking how to return this item and get a refund... That was three days ago...
Today (16/4/26).. I got an email saying they are willing to support a replacement or a refund... but now they want me to take pictures of the item with the size tag... And they want me to send them pictures of the shirt with a tape measure on it showing the size... What the heck? I've never been asked to do anything like this EVER.
It shouldn't be this difficult.. I've got that frustrated I've said just close it as unresolved.... You order from amazon.. Any issues they often provide a return label instantly.. and issue the refund as soon as the item is dropped at the post office..
