If I could give this company, several stars I would but the lowest I can give them is one star. Under their website, they advertise that you can order the figurine 3-D for X amount of dollars. They advertise that you order this figurine give a photo and we’ll make it into a 3D figurine of the photo . What they send you is a 2-D acrylic plate of a AI generated photo THAT MIMICS YOU, BUT IT’S NOT YOU. When I contacted customer support and told them of the issue, they said I got what I ordered and they can’t help. This company is a scam. Do not do business with them. They will steal your money and will not correct the problem or give you your money back again, do not do business with this company. This is a scam.
I’m just all around upset I ordered a jacket from this company on February 1st and it came today which is March 2nd so I’ve waited a while for this jacket. I received it in a small package and the package was so light I thought it wasn’t even the right item. Upon unboxing I was very upset especially taking in account of how long it took to get here that the jacket was paper thin and runs small I don’t want want to exchange it because I don’t have another 30 days to wait before summer gets here. Im really thinking that some of the other reviews on here are paid because the jacket that’s advertised and the one I got were so different I saw it and wanted to cry but it wasn’t for me…. I’m not saying that some people can’t experience great service with this company but if it takes over 30 days to get from China to the US than a lot of US citizens are in the same boat along with me… I am extremely hurt and dissatisfied and I can’t even go as far as this review but I hope this helps the next person before their purchase please if you are the company reading this use better material for the jackets or lower the cost and make it look like the real thing online. Also lastly please make it an easier task to track package and whomever the carrier is it was extremely hard for me
3 weeks delivery time for the wrong product!Customer service not immediately responsive. Then they say they are working on it? Working on what? A new product for another 3 weeks? Or a refund? Don’t order!
This company could improve by starting to be honest in responding to their customers. The ornament I ordered had three pine trees and the writing below that said, Three Pines.Except it said SENIP EERHT.
The company responded by telling me that was the way the product should be!! This was a gift that was modest but carried meaning. The whole idea was ruined. I never have received corrected ornament.
Ordered a t-shirt with a 'receive by' date. My order still hasn't even shipped! Immediately after the order was placed, it was tagged as 'not eligible for cancellation'! I definitely will never order from this company again. I wish I would have read the companies reviews BEFORE I placed my order! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - they will not allow you to inquire about your order, UNLESS your inquiry fits one of their predetermined categories, which NEVER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER is not one of them.
They suck plain and simple. They are way over priced for the product. Their shipping takes for ever. Their tracking is garbage. But the customer service is the worst part. Asking me to take pictures of the over priced black coffee mug they sent instead of the white one they advertised. And then send many emails saying they understand my frustration but didn’t do anything to fix it. I wish I never hear of them.
I just got my super bowl shirts after a month a half from making the order the worst is that I email them more then 10 time and no help no respond when the system made my order said 2 week to get them the tock so long im a business owner my self and if u can't deliver don't do it. I rather have a client mad for denial the job and not for not delivering it
I ordered 3 Heckler & Koch 4" decals. After one and one half weeks I received 3-4" " Great Seal of the Navaho Nation " . Obviously the wrong decals. Called customer support and was told to take a picture and send it with the item # ( ? ? ? ). Told her I couldn't do that and was told there was nothing they could do. Complete rip off with no intention of helping customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM.
T-shirts arrived 3 weeks past originally promised date and sizes were completely wrong! A men's large was about the size of a typical small T-shirt and a men's XL was the size of a medium! Customer support said that the correct size shirts were sent (despite them being over an inch under their specifications) and asked us to buy new shirts. Unfortunately they do not offer anything larger that their XL (remember - about the size of a medium). We WILL NOT be ordering from them again. EVER!

I ordered a print from these guys. It never arrived. I am STILL waiting for it. They sent it to the wrong address, despite me providing correct info. They have since ignored me, lied to me about it being sent, fobbed me off, and completely disregarded their obligations as a retailer. They have provided NO info about their incompetent couriers, and will not address the issue, not matter how many times I chase this up. They still have my money, and are not doing ANYTHING about it. These guys are liars, charlatans, and frauds.
