Update on previous review. I previously reviewed printerval a few weeks go because I had not received a replacement product for an order I had placed in December where printerval shipped a youth XL instead of a men's XL hocky jersey. The jersey I had ordered was a heavy-weight embroidered jersey, similar to the ones sold at the NHL store. I did receive that type of jersey in the youth XL. They had me pay an additional $12 to send the replacement jersey.

After posting my first printerval review, I received an e-mail from printerval stating that they would send the jersey and close my complaint. The tracking was a nightmare---first if was in China, then it was in Eagle, Idaho, then it showed it was in South Caroline, then finally delivered on 4/9. However, the jersey was not delivered on 4/9. In the interim, I received an informed delivery notification that an item would not be delivered due to counterfeit postage. I contact printerval and was told they could not help mebecause the jersey showed it was delivered.

Imagine my surprise when I checked my mail today 4/16/26 and discovered the jersey with the number matching the counterfeit postage tracking number was in my box. To my dismay, the jersey is a cheap printed nylon jersey, not the nice jersey we had expected. I am beyond frustrated with printerval at this point. If you want to have good customer service, I suggest ordering from anyone else.

Meanwhile, my son is still disappointed in the gift that was due for Christmas 2025, which he finally received today four months after the original order. AGAIN, WE DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT WE ORDERED even after they finally communicated with us. At this point, I feel we have been scammed.
