I ordered a T-Shirt for a relatives birthday. It was advertised as a T-Shirt with a printed design. In brackets next to the T-Shirt is (no design) and my present arrived as a blank T-shirt. Totally bizarre why advertise a printed T-shirt and then send a blank T-shirt. I had to pay an additional £6 and still don’t know when the printed shirt will be delivered. Customer service take ages to respond. All in all I won’t be using Printerval ever again!
