The customer service experience was extremely poor. I placed an order for two posters and received the receipt, but I never got the order confirmation email that was supposed to allow me to track my order. I reached out via email twice but received no response. I also submitted a ticket on the platform, yet nothing has changed. I feel like this might be a scam. Please look into this situation. I am concerned that I will not receive the items and that my money is lost. This is unacceptable. If what I’m saying isn’t true, why haven’t I received any response? 24 hours!? This is a joke, right?
