Terrible. I STILL don’t have my item. It would have been less expensive and faster somewhere else. I have requested a full refund but that message has not been addressed. Looking through the comment this is comment, although they tend to find something to blame it on (weather, carriers, slow production, etc.). Would not recommend.

The order was delayed. When it arrived it was not worth the money paid. The paper does not look or feel high quality. I ordered one black frame. It feels cheap and the "crystal clear acrylic glass was scrapped and damaged and not at all clear. It looks awful and can't be used. I am really disappointed. I would not recommend and would not use again.

The customer service experience was extremely poor. I placed an order for two posters and received the receipt, but I never got the order confirmation email that was supposed to allow me to track my order. I reached out via email twice but received no response. I also submitted a ticket on the platform, yet nothing has changed. I feel like this might be a scam. Please look into this situation. I am concerned that I will not receive the items and that my money is lost. This is unacceptable. If what I’m saying isn’t true, why haven’t I received any response? 24 hours!? This is a joke, right?

Outstanding customer support

The customer service is truly deserving of 5 stars. I made an error in ordering three pieces of art, and one was the wrong size. Even though their terms state they can't modify orders, they promptly responded to my email and offered a full refund so I could correct it. I will definitely order from here again. I'm thrilled for the art to arrive for my daughter's room and will 100% recommend to everyone. Special thanks to the team members I interacted with, who were both friendly and accommodating.
