Close to being a fraudulent operation.

The experience was nearly a scam. I placed an initial order for 50 staff uniforms with over a month of lead time given for an event. Initially, communication was good, and I was informed that the order had been delivered. However, nothing arrived, and they stopped responding to my emails when I sought a refund. Since the shirts were for a specific event, they became unnecessary once it passed. Instead of the refund, I foolishly opted for credit and placed a larger order. Again, I was promised timely delivery, but after the due date, I was told I needed to approve the design. After a delay, I received the same artwork I had submitted before and approved it promptly. I was assured delivery that week, but only 21 out of 55 shirts arrived. I've been emailing daily for a resolution or refund, totaling $1,757.75 still owed. There has been no response, and there's no contact number or address to visit. This company appears to excel at communication when taking orders but goes silent when it comes to delivery. They shouldn't be allowed to operate like this, as it seems to be a recurring issue based on other reviews.
