Mixed Experience with Shirt Order

We placed an order for over 100 shirts in various sizes and informed them that we needed them within 4 weeks for an overseas event. Most of the shirts arrived just days before our departure, but a few came the day after, requiring us to express ship them. We also noticed some shirts were missing, prompting us to follow up. On the positive side, the representative maintained communication throughout the process and assisted us with warehouse inquiries. Additionally, everyone was pleased with the quality of the t-shirts, which was a nice surprise.

Close to being a fraudulent operation.

The experience was nearly a scam. I placed an initial order for 50 staff uniforms with over a month of lead time given for an event. Initially, communication was good, and I was informed that the order had been delivered. However, nothing arrived, and they stopped responding to my emails when I sought a refund. Since the shirts were for a specific event, they became unnecessary once it passed. Instead of the refund, I foolishly opted for credit and placed a larger order. Again, I was promised timely delivery, but after the due date, I was told I needed to approve the design. After a delay, I received the same artwork I had submitted before and approved it promptly. I was assured delivery that week, but only 21 out of 55 shirts arrived. I've been emailing daily for a resolution or refund, totaling $1,757.75 still owed. There has been no response, and there's no contact number or address to visit. This company appears to excel at communication when taking orders but goes silent when it comes to delivery. They shouldn't be allowed to operate like this, as it seems to be a recurring issue based on other reviews.

Terrible experience, still no updates after months

Extremely frustrating experience; I've been waiting for nearly six months for my hats, with no communication regarding their status. At this point, I just want a refund. This is completely unacceptable.

Caution advised!

Caution advised!! Ordered in August 2025 and now it's December 2025. I've reached out multiple times; they don’t respond to emails but reply on social media. They mentioned delays and claimed my order was shipped over a month ago, which I suspect is untrue. It seems they may outsource production and wait to accumulate enough orders for discounts, leading to significant delays.

Good quality at a fair price, delivery could improve

The positives - they took the time to understand my needs for printed shirts and hoodies for my cafe. I provided a black logo but requested it in white, which they accommodated. They sent me a preview for approval. The pricing and quality were very competitive. The negatives - it took over a week to print and ship. My follow-up emails went to spam, so I only got a response after calling the owner. They need to enhance their delivery and post-order communication.

DO NOT TRUST, FIND ANOTHER OPTION

I ordered and paid in May 2025, and now it's late October with no delivery. I've reached out several times and received no responses. I definitely wouldn’t recommend. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE.
