I decided that I could not use the printpod for what I thought. I contacted the company via email (they don't have any phone numbers) to start a return/refund. I did as they asked and sent a photo of the item UNOPENED and was denied a return/refund because they claimed I had opened it. After a back and forth and me being very insistent that I was adhering to their return policy, which states that it "can be returned if for ANY REASON you are DISSATISFIED with the product." They ran the 14 day return clock out and stopped responding to my emails. I will be reporting them to the proper institutions for unfair and deceptive business practices.
