Warning: Avoid This Company

I would rate lower if possible. Do not purchase from this company. I attempted to order but received nothing. The tracking showed incorrect address details, and customer service was infuriating. They refused to resend my package without extra charges and would not issue a refund. Despite providing proof of my correct information, they insisted I handle it myself. Their attitude makes me question if the product even exists. Now, I must dispute this with my credit card. Very unsatisfied.

Final Scam Encounter

This is the last time I fall for these companies selling subpar products. They promised a 14-day money-back guarantee. I opened the item, was dissatisfied, and wanted to return it almost immediately. During setup, it requested credit card info and then I was hacked! Avoid this at all costs! SCAM!

Frustrating Customer Experience

This company provided me with endless runarounds for months when an error occurred with my PayPal address. The product was never delivered, and when I requested reshipment, they only offered it for a fee that exceeded half the product's cost. They wouldn't refund my original payment either. Their customer service is the worst, and I’ve warned everyone I know. It's definitely not worth the extra costs and time wasted.

Terrible Service Experience

This company is awful. Their website claims satisfaction guaranteed for returns within 14 days for a full refund. After four emails and sending pictures, I was finally allowed to return the item, but I was not informed that I had to send it to China. The customer service is nonexistent. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Simply put, I'm extremely upset and won't tolerate this anymore. This company employs questionable tactics and possibly fake reviews to lure in victims. They take your money, and the item never arrives. They claim you'll receive it soon, but it never progresses in tracking. It's clear that a change needs to happen regarding these practices.

Avoid This Product

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! I wish I had researched more before buying. I've been trying to return it for months to a China address without having opened it. After countless follow-ups, they claim it hasn't arrived. I can no longer track it as the postal service says it’s in China, and I have no idea where it is now. What a waste of money. They ship from various locations, but returns are only to China. DO NOT BUY if you think you might want to return it!
