I paid extra for a delivery option that stated delivery on 29 January. After ordering, I was told it would arrive on 30 January, which is too late as I’m travelling early that morning. This was a time-critical order for a 40th birthday party, and the delivery date was the reason I placed the order. Because the date wasn’t met, the item is unusable.Despite this, Printster refused a refund, saying delivery dates are only estimates. Charging extra for a date-specific delivery and then refusing responsibility when that date isn’t met is very disappointing.
