Terrible quality, poor service. A 5 years old could have painted the mug. Colours clashed. Horrible font. I contacted customer services, but instead of offering me a replacement personalized mug they said simply that that was I'd order (an awful looking mug?) and offered me a discount for another mug! Aa if I'd use them again..
