Two personalised mugs were ordered but unfortunately, one was broken in transit. I emailed photos of this and Beth replied very quickly assuring a replacement would be sent out asap. Within a couple of days the replacement mug arrived and the recipient was delighted with the gift. It's refreshing to find an online company which goes to the trouble of communicating and providing good customer service. Excellent range of products for bespoke gifts at good prices.
