3 different personalised papers ordered. All were poor quality paper and arrived folded. Paper ripped ashen cut with sharp scissors. Due to the folds and creases most of the paper was unusable and wasted. It was not clear when ordered that paper would arrived folded. Very disappointed with products and will not purchase again. I did contact Printster with my complaint and was advised they would not review it as it met their conditions on the website.
