This business is extremely unprofessional. Their customer service is horrendous and it takes forever to get a resolution. I ordered 2 records totaling in over $300 plus rush shipping and there is no way to get updated on where in the process my order is? Furthermore, once I realized that I wouldn't get my order in time, even with rush delivery, I asked for a refund. When they finally responded, I was told there were no refunds due to the personalization process and that my records were "most likely" in the process. A month later I get a random email now stating that my records need further editing because the time exceeds the limit, but they can just refund me since it might take another 20 days before it ships. I responded with questions and am sure it will take another 20 days to get a proper response. Save yourselves and use another company. The stress is not worth it. Horrible experience.
Their customer service has issues, I ordered in November and despite my inquiries, I didn't hear from them until half way through December. they said that my order "Fell through the cracks" and did not receive the record until the 29th of December. I will say the quality of the record I received is fantastic. if you do buy from them keep in mind that 45 days with almost 30 of no contact seems to be their current rate.
If I could rate this negatively I would. Scroll through their social media and complaints on the BBB. This company will ignore your questions and e-mails regarding your purchase and refuse to process a refund should you package go "missing" which happens frequently with them.
THIS IS A SCAM, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! I ordered my vinyl in November 2023 and have not received a single order confirmation that it's in the making or that it has shipped. I also paid for faster shipping and processing.. such a waste of money. PS: I also see that other "people" are rating this company as a 5 star, however, these are fake reviews, do not be fooled. Take your money somewhere else!!
Took over a month and that was with paying for priority processing and express shipping. Updates were vague and of no help. When it finally arrived 3 days after Christmas I noticed it was shipped UPS ground! That is not express shipping. Had it truly been shipped express like I paid for it probably would have arrived on time. Also took over a month, is that priority processing because they quote that time for regular orders. This company lacks integrity. They promise faster processing and shipping then don't deliver but take your money for it. They state 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Not satisfied.
I live in Dubai and searched for a vinyl print all over the UAE and couldn't find any. I even asked print-shops and they said no, I had to order in bulk - or they just weren't offering the service. Thankfully, i have family (to whom I had this delivered in Houston) who are flying into Dubai and will hand this product to me then. I am beyond happy and satisfied. It was safely kept in the mailbox. I'm an illustrator and designed the whole package for my to-be brother in law as a "welcome to the family" Christmas gift. He's a famous musician and so I loaded his album songs onto the vinyl. Im beyond excited to see this physical copy in person! Im super grateful for all the personal emails about adding in songs, the packaging and on-time delivery. You guys are nothing but easy, efficient and brilliant! Thanks a lot for everything! You've made my Christmas extra special!
I ordered this in November, it is currently July. Still no vinyl. I hate this place and I hate whoever owns this company. Not only did I not give a gift for a family friend and look like a jerkoff but I can’t get my money back through the bank because they’re able to send a “tracking number”. So what?? I can edit a tracking number and make it look legit too. DONT order from this scam of a website. I work hard for my money and you’re probably 500 pounds sitting on ur fat ass collecting money from people laughing away. Screw u hope u burn
