I ordered a record for my friend’s birthday. It was super easy to pick songs, I didn’t have to upload them myself. Some of the pictures I uploaded were of low resolution, and someone from the company reached out to me to check if I wanted to upload new/higher resolution ones, which I did! Great customer service, and they printed the replacement stickers/cover for free.
Just the experience from start to fininsh was more than anyone could have hoped for. In this day and age where it seems customer service has really deteriorated greatly, this company proved there is hope in outreach and in quality product creation and productivity.
