Scammers – avoid if referred by Together Lender

"Do not use this firm. They are working in tandem with Together Lender to make it impossible to access your funds. I was asked to provide dozens of documents—an excessive and unreasonable request. It was a complete waste of time and a clear delaying tactic. These are dishonest people preying on people who need their money. Avoid at all costs." Lost more than 10k and delayed the process about 18months till finally we give up.

How are they still trading and not been…

How are they still trading and not been shut down by the Law Society? They are fundamentally dishonest. ALWAYS query a breakdown of their fees and any redemption figure from Blemain. Because it will be inflated and false

By far the worst place I have worked

By far the worst place I have worked. The job description described full training where none was given. You are just given a piece of paper to read and expected to ask others (who are overworked) how to do the job. As a result, you are placed with a large caseload which you cannot manage. I had a burnout whilst working there which lead to anxiety and depression. They have a high turnover of staff. The work contract is onerous, asks you to opt out of working time regulations, and makes you subject to 3 months notice if you want to leave in comparison to 1 month for the employer. The workplace atmosphere is "clicky". If you don't fit in, you are ostracized. Majority of new starters are having eat lunch in their car or elsewhere as most employees are unwelcoming and exclusive. Employees would rather email a colleague next to them instead of talking. There is a lot of immaturity. E.g. you email HR about a holiday and they don't email back at all (over a 2 week period) or no communication about own clothes day so you are left out. No professionalism. You can tell when manager or employee don't like you or are talking about you.I got fired after 2 days of sick leave. The manager at the time called me and shouted at me whilst I was on sick leave and threatened to fire me. The manager at the time was unapproachable and was temperamental. Overall, managers have complete disregard of the wellbeing of their employees and prioritise profits and their business.

There should be NEGATIVE STARS here.

There should be NEGATIVE STARS here.I am a legal consltant who has had transactions ruined because of these cowboys (no offence to John Wayne). Priority Law (a total misnomer) operate as follows: they have around 7 or 9 qualified solicitors, and an ARMY of students and assistants (not even proper paralegals). And it is these students and amateurs that actually handle the files. They are incompetent, negligent, ignorant and stupid. Priority Law depend entirely on retainers from third and fourth rate lenders. They do box-ticking for these dubious lenders. If you are unfortunate enough to be with a lender who has this outfit, then insist that a qualified solicitor - with a practising certificate - is on the case. Conveyancing is a "reserved profession". It cannot be done with the students and amateurs that Priority exploit. They are fraudsters acting in breach of Law Society rules. STAY FAR AWAY!

A Disgraceful story of Deceit, Dishonesty, Delays & Damage

Priority Law say that they have simply carried out their client’s instructions. That may be admirable as one would expect off a solicitor. However when it’s clear from the evidence I have accrued their dealing have been dishonest, illegal & in no way ethical. There is evidence that Criminal Damage was constructively allowed to occur to my property (by way of roof tiles being removed and cabling deliberately pulled up exposing areas beneath the roof, causing severe damp inside a bedroom. Together Money/TCFL & Priority Law both knew of this damaged yet shamefully and intentionally neglected in their duties to attended to repairs thereby allowing such damage to devalue my home. I was deliberately distracted from looking into this matter, as at the same time Priority Law’s partner was duplicitously emailing me about the insurance policies being in place and about my other property. Instead they shamefully left it to cause further damage to my property. I learnt of this damage and indeed the erection of the Sale Board from a concerned neighbour. This was 3-4 months after the damage was allowed to increase. The photographs taken by the estate agent to market property shows evidence of the damp Together Money/ TCFL and Priority Law thereby deliberately reduced the value of the property by their actions. The only way I can describe this inaction was fraudulent behaviour to reduce the value for a friendly buyer to purchase my property at a deliberately devalued price. Throughout this time Priority Law have advised me that Together/TCFL are refusing permission to give me a full breakdown of costs I am being denied all property billing including: repair estimate, insurance policies, and invoices. As a result I’m unable to submit a full HMRC return, I’ve no idea if they these ‘Loan Sharks’ have helped themselves to any VAT on these such billing, which is legally mine. Priority Law was linked by Trustpilot to Together Money/TCFL and so I am not the only person to note their incestuous trading. My house was valued at £1.175m in April 2019 Priority Law tell me that an offer has been accepted of £708K .... another cottage in this terrace 40% smaller also sold for £740K how can. They cannot be allowed to get away with stealing peoples equity as they have assisted their client to do!
