Priority Pass (PP) seems to work better outside of the US than inside. I am a regular international traveler.
For example, Houston (IAH) has two lounges. I have flown through it many times, but this time I decided to write a review, which I normally don't do. In Houston, I always receive the same run around. There are small windows that these lounges allow PP members. During our last visit, we had to get in line because they allowed PP in at 11:00am. We were in line at 10:50am, and didn't get in until 11:15. Then, after registering they told us that we had to leave at 12:00pm. That was 45 minute access. The two lounges tag team with their random availability for PP members. Several different people at the front desk have said that they reported these weird hours to Priority Pass (two years ago!), but PP won't publish this information and be transparent. If you have to put up signs that say not to give the workers a hard time about this, you know it is a problem. If this is happening at one airport, I'm sure it is a problem at many.
The other reason for posting is because I want documentation of my complaint. I have no doubt that this will be a class action lawsuit in the future. This is simply false and misleading information.
The only reason for 2 stars is because PP has worked decently in other countries.

Response to PP's response on 3/11/26:
The problem is that PP is not listing the times of operation for PP members in these lounges. These lounges have notified you of their FIXED hours for PP entry. These are fixed hours and do not change with capacity demand. These lounges have been open and sometimes nearly empty, but they won't let PP members in. Therefore, your response does not adequately address the situation. PP needs to publish when these lounges allow PP access, or it is simply false advertising.
