I paid this service upfront for tax relief assistance over a year ago. They did nothing. When I filed a complaint with the authorities yesterday, they called me and falsely claimed 'the work is done' and my case was closed. THAT WAS A LIE. They sent me tracking numbers as 'proof' they filed my returns. I checked the tracking online, and it shows they only mailed the envelopes TODAY (Dec 24th)—AFTER I filed my complaints. They delayed my file for 12 months and only rushed my documents to cover themselves. Do not trust them. I have reported this evidence to the authorities. They are nice until you finish paying. Then you are ignored. I will continue to warn others about this service and the stress it has caused. If you choose to go with this service and disregard this review, make sure to ask for proof of the work they claim to have done for you—don't just take their word for it.
