I talk with Ben Scott on the first. Nice guy he talk to me and the irs in a three way call after that he said he could help me he then told me that it going to be around forty five hundred but he will give me a break so I gave him 3500.00 then on he forth we talked after talking he asked for 19000.00 dollars. more that he said will cover everything's and he would be able to wipe out my taxes I fell I been taken for a ride 3500.00 for them to want me to give them 19000.00 more so can't pay 19000.00 so they keep my 3500.00 not right beware priority taxe.

When I finally filed a complaint with the relevant authorities yesterday, they contacted me claiming 'the work is done' and that my case was closed. THIS WAS NOT TRUE. They provided tracking numbers as 'evidence' that they filed my returns. I checked the tracking on the postal service's website, and it shows they only mailed the envelopes TODAY (Dec 24th)—AFTER I filed my complaints. They neglected my case for 12 months and only rushed to send my documents to cover themselves. Do not trust this service. I have reported this situation to the appropriate authorities. They are friendly and accommodating until you finish paying. After that, you are ignored. I will keep warning others about this service and the stress it has caused me. If you choose to go with them despite this review, make sure to ask for proof of the work they claim to have done—don't just accept their word.
