Server and panel were having connection issues for several days due to a Ddos. Management blamed it on a massive Ddos that affected half the internet. Not true because my old server host that's in the same location as them didn't experience any issues. Support is very slow to answer. Moreover, they're not friendly.Update: I refuse to give them my personal information for obvious reasons.
